Terms and conditions

1. "We", "us" and "our" etc. refer to Abbi Becka Accountancy.
   
   
2. On receipt of your request, we will send you a 12-month contract. Once you have agreed to the termsof the contract, we will be formally appointed as your accountants acting on your behalf.
   
   
3. The monthly fixed fee above covers all the services we can provide for you including:
   
   
   • Monthly bookkeeping;
   • VAT returns (if you have registered for VAT);
   • Payroll (if you have registered for the PAYE scheme);
   • Annual trading/statutory accounts;
   • Tax returns.
   
   
4. If you require our services related to any period prior to the period of the contract, a one-off fee will be payable and will be calculated based on the monthly fixed fee above.
   
   
5. We reserve the right to terminate or change the terms of the contract if the information provided by you on which your monthly fixed fee is based is found to be inaccurate and misleading.
   
   
6. Once the price has been determined, it will last for 12 months before it is subject to our annual review, unless, before we carry out an annual review for your business,
   
   
   • your type of business (self-employment, partnership, LLP or limited company) has changed, or
   • your VAT registration status has changed, or
   • the number of your partnership, LLP or limited company has changed, or
   • the number of the employees in your business has changed , or
   • the estimated number of the business transactions per annum has changed significantly,
   
   in which case, your monthly fixed fee will be adjusted and your contract will be renewed.
   
   
7. There is no minimum period of contract. However, if you decide to terminate your contract, you must give us a 30 days notice and settle all outstanding invoices.
   
   
8. Payment must be made monthly in advance.
   
   
9. You must make a complete and accurate disclosure to us of all facts relating to any issues that is the subject of our services.
   
   
10. We do not accept any liabilities arising directly or indirectly as a result of incomplete or inaccurate disclosure of information to us.
    
    
11. Use by any unauthorised person of any of the content of this website is strictly prohibited. Authorisation to use any aforementioned content can only be obtained by applying and receiving a response in writing from Abbi Becka Accountancy Limited. Any unauthorised use will constitute an infringement of copyright.
